Marie R. Snyder (nee Anirina), 74, of Hamilton Township passed away on Monday, April 23, 2012 at home with her loving family by her side. Born in Trenton, she resided in the Chambersburg section of Trenton, before moving to Hamilton Township. Along with her husband Charles, Marie was co-founder and co-owner of Peacock Alley in Mercerville. She was a world-wide traveler and enjoyed going to Atlantic City. She was a member of the Bordentown Elks. Marie enjoyed spending time with her family, dining out and painting. Daughter of the late Margaret (Bella) and August (Bow-Wow) Anirina, wife of the late Charles E. Snyder, Sr., mother of the late Karen and Kevin Snyder, sister of the late Eugene Anirina, she is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Charles E. Snyder, Jr. and Cynthia of Mansfield Township, two daughters and a son-in-law Marie C. Snyder, Eileen D. and David Harris of Hamilton Square, three brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law Doris and Albert Correnti, Sr., Andrew Snyder, Linda Sheppard, Patricia and Douglas Roschel, five grandchildren Amanda Snyder, Philip and Matthew Sasko, David Harris, Jr. and his fiancé Meghan Casale and Nicholas Harris, many nieces, nephews, cousins, including special niece Dorothy Correnti and special cousin Maryann Reiger, and many dear friends locally and around the world. The Funeral will be held 8:30 am Friday, April 27, 2012 at Knott's Colonial Funeral Home, 2946 South Broad St., Hamilton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 9:30 am Friday at Our Lady of the Angels Parish-St. Joachim's Church, 20-50 Butler St., Trenton. Burial will be in the family plot in St. Ignatius Cemetery in Yardley, PA. Calling hours will be held from 5:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, April 26, 2012 at the funeral home.
