Jean C. Clark, 98, of Lawrence Township died Thursday, October 4, 2018 at Morris Hall At St. Joseph's Skilled Nursing Center.
Born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, she became a resident of Princeton in 1937 and has been a resident of Rocky Hill for the last 50 years. She was a graduate of Friends Select School in Philadelphia, and Westminster Choir College in Princeton. She was owner/operator of 18th Century Bouquet of Princeton for 30 years. She taught private piano and organ lessons. She was co-founder of “The Chemistry Club”. She traveled and lectured on her book The Art of Colonial Flower Arranging. She was a member of the Present Day Club. She was a member of Trinity Church of Princeton.
Daughter of the late James H. and Edith (Kinkead) Craig, wife of the late Frank J. Clark, Jr., she is survived by three daughters Christine Kerr, Abigail C. Ford, and Jennifer Clark, one sister Marjorie Benton, three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Trinity Church, 33 Mercer Street, Princeton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
