Obituary of Al Swingle
Alvia (Al) Swingle, 76, of Princeton Junction, NJ passed away suddenly on November 5, 2018.
Al and his wife Patti own and operate Al’s Sunoco in Princeton Junction, just celebrating 50 years in business. Al was an avid boater and fishing enthusiast, enjoying time on LBI. He enjoyed working on antique and classic cars and trucks. He especially enjoyed spending time with his pup Sweetpea and his family.
Al was predeceased by his parents Alice and Kenneth, his sister Darlene, and brother Kenneth Jr. He is survived by Patti, his wife of 37 years; his sisters Evelyn Freiermuth (William) and Pat Burdick of Waymart, PA; his brothers Karl of Gouldsboro, PA; and Ronald (Gale) of Roseland, NJ; many nieces and nephews, dear friends, and Sweetpea his pup.
There will be a viewing Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 4-8 PM and on Sunday, November 11, 2018 from 10-11 AM at The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, Princeton, NJ 08542. A graveside service and burial will be held at 12 Noon at the Princeton Memorial Park, Robbinsville.
