Mary and family, I am so sorry for the loss of Butzy. He was filled with a seemingly unbounded energy and zest for life. I will always remember him as that gregarious character we all wanted to partner with on our golf outings. The decade I spent as a member of the "Tuesday" group will be ingrained in my memory, as the best time, ever, spent on the course. He will be missed.

Sorry for your lost. Had the pleasure of knowing Alex from Nick‘s where we used to sit around having lunch and talking a lot and having lots of fun and laughs.

There will never be another Butzy -and everybody knows that! The impact that he had on so many people was incredible, and always in the most genuine way. A Great Family Friend that comes along once in a lifetime, and Butzy will always live on in our hearts. All of my thoughts and prayers to the entire Bartolino Family.

My Dad’s cousin, our neighbor, my Godfather. “Uncle” Butzy was one of a kind.
His light shown bright. I will miss seeing him at St.Paul’s or when we stopped by the house.
Thinking of you Aunt Mary, Jeff and Kenny.
God Bless everyone.
Love,
Donna Schannel

The world is worse off with the passing of another extraordinary gentleman in Alex “Butzy” Bartolino. Not only was he a great dad to Jeff and Kenny and a wonderful husband to Mary but a mentor to “the boys.” He helped all of us be better men. Thank you Mr. Bartolino.
