Hari Om!
With heavy heart we wish to celebrate the life of Malathi. At the ashram, she always brought cheer with her infectious smile. The photo the family has uploaded, represents her. That is how we remember her. Joyful. Om Shanti.

Dear Shukti, Suchira, Dr Ghosh and grandchildren - I am sincerely sorry for your loss. Your mother, wife and grandmother was a wonderful lady with a light heartedness that is an essential feature of being a kannadiga along with her soft-spokenness which is another stamp of South Indian femininity. She had all the hallmarks of tradition that also embraced the immigrant spirit. Naturally with all the humor, I will always recollect her face that was lit with an iridescent smile that suggested an attitude of taking life as it comes. She was so brave in her battle but decided that some battles need to be stopped so she could enjoy your lives and watching in the spiritual realm. Tara and I offer our prayers for her soul to rest in peace. Om name narayana
