Thomas V. Convery, 66, of East Windsor passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 11, 2022 at Stonebridge at Montgomery with his family by his side. Thomas was born in the Bronx, NY and grew up in Rahway, NJ. He attended Montclair State University and Rutgers Law School where he received his J.D. degree. He practiced law at Tansey, Tracy & Convery for his entire career until retiring in 2018. Tom loved to spend time with his family, go fishing, watch his beloved Yankees and take trips to Disney World. He had a big laugh, a big appetite and most of all a big heart.
Predeceased by his parents Thomas A. and Margaret (Salmon) Convery;
He is survived by his loving wife Anna (Gagliardo) Convery, a daughter Katie Convery, two sons and two daughters-in-law Thomas and Christine Convery, Joseph and Brittany Convery, three brothers and two sisters-in-law, John and Janet Convery, Dan and Pat Convery, Martin Convery, two sisters and two brothers-in-laws Bernadette and Tim Tuttle, Annie and Frank Johnson, three grandchildren Thomas Convery, Henry Convery, Amelia Convery, and Baby Boy Convery coming in August. Special thanks to the staff at Stonebridge at Montgomery and Stein Hospice for their dedication and compassion.
A Visitation will be held from 2-6PM Sunday, May 15, 2022 at Mather Hodge Funeral Home 40 Vandeventer Avenue, Princeton 08542. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10AM Monday, May, 16, 2022 at St. Paul’s Catholic Church 216 Nassau Street, Princeton 08542. Burial will follow in Princeton Cemetery.
