Elizabeth Akin Stelling, 61, of Princeton died Saturday, July 2, 2022 at Penn Medicine Princeton Medical Center of Plainsboro. Born in Ft. Worth, TX, she was raised in Dallas, TX, and has been a resident of Princeton since 2005. Elizabeth worked for many years as a book publisher, caterer and hair stylist.
Daughter of the late Glenn and Virginia (Kennon) Akin, mother of the late Annelisa Dillion, she is survived by her husband Robert John Stelling, son Aaron Glen Dillion and Marcela Rodriguez Ortega, brother Alton Glenn Akin, sister Mary Akin, mother-in-law Theresa Gershberg, Stepmother-in-law Valerie Bunda, Jim and Angela Stelling, Christine Stelling, John Stelling, Theresa and Brent Hall, Cathy and Anthony Dennis, Debbie and Mark Albin, Jackie Stelling and Jeremy Sayles, and 13 nieces and nephews.
Funeral Service will be private under the direction of the Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, Princeton.
