Anthony C. Zuccarello, 99, of Penns Neck died Friday, February 18, 2011 at the University Medical Center at Princeton. Born in Trenton, he moved to Penns Neck in 1944. He retired in 1976 as a union printer for the "Trentonian", Princeton Printing and Commercial Printing in Trenton. He was a former member of Princeton First Aid and Rescue Squad from 1966 to 1968. He was member St. Paul's Church and its Knights of Columbus Council #636. He was a founder and coach for West Windsor Little League for many years. He was an avid tennis player until the age of 91 years old. Brother of the late Joseph D., who died in France during WWII, and Daniel Zuccarello and Rose M. Kelly, grandfather of the late Jon A. Zuccarello, he is survived by his wife Mary V., with whom he recently celebrated their 70th Wedding Anniversary in June 2010, his son and daughter-in-law Joseph D. and Catherine B. Zuccarello of Penns Neck, two brothers and sisters-in-law William A. and Margot of Oreland, PA and Robert K. and Flo Zuccarello of Houston, TX, a sister Jean V. Zuccarello of Hamilton, two grandchildren Michael J. and his wife Jeannette, and Kathryn, and two great grandchildren Anthony J. and Justin M. Zuccarello. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday February 23, 2011, 10:30 am at St. Paul's Church, 214 Nassau St., Princeton. Calling hours will be held Tuesday February 22, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm at The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Ave., Princeton. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery in Hopewell. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Princeton Junction Volunteer Fire Co., 245 Clarksville Rd., Princeton Junction, NJ 08550.
