Obituary of Raymond Pinelli

Raymond Pinelli, 90, died Sunday on August 18, 2013 at Pavilions at Forrestal in Princeton. He was born and raised in Princeton and has been a resident of Lawrenceville for over 60 years. Raymond retired after decades of service for McGraw-Hill in East Windsor. He was a member of the Church of St. Ann of Lawrenceville and the Italian American Sportsman Club of Princeton.. He was especially passionate about spending time with family and friends. Raymond particularly cherished his three grandchildren and their adventures. He enjoyed playing bocce, watching and playing golf and college football. His town of Princeton always held a special place in heart. He was the son of the late Henry and Jenny Pinelli, husband of the late Josephine Falcone Pinelli, brother of the late Libert Pinelli. He is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Raymond and Cynthia Pinelli of Princeton Junction, a daughter and son-in-law JoAnn and Robert Flynn of Old Tappan, two brothers John and Alexander Pinelli, a sister Christina Pirone, two sisters-in-law Helene and Laura Falcone, three grandchildren Elizabeth and Andrew Pinelli and Rory Flynn and many devoted nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 9:30 AM Wednesday at The Church of St. Ann Lawrenceville. Burial will be in Our Lady of Lourdes Cemetery Hamilton. Calling hours will be held Tuesday August 20, 2013 from 6:00 to 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
