Frank & I were both from Trenton & It was my.pleasure to serve w him forming the WWPD. He was a gentlemen, who loved his job & believed in "Community Policing" before it was defined. Loved our ball games & commraderie of the players.
He set the standards for what a police officer should be. RIP Frank.

Growing up in West Windsor our family was friendly with Chief Cox, and thankfully I never ran afoul of the law (except for that time in 9th grade when a bunch of us skipped school and got busted at the Little League field). But other than that...Chief Cox, much like Chief Maguire before him, was a really good guy, and that was my perspective as a teenager. He was authoritative without being threatening. With his passing, another part of my childhood is gone. I hope Chief Cox has been received into, the loving arms of Jesus Christ, and knows only joy!

Frank, you left an indelible mark on all of us, and what an example you have been. You were "family", and I will love and miss you forever. Chris, may the memories and love you had for each other help to comfort you in these days ahead. He is finally at peace. Rest easy, Chief..

First off, let us say, we would have been at the service if we were here. We were sadden when we got home and found out of Frankie's passing. Our thoughts and prayers go out to Chris and the extended family. He was a great guy and a gentleman. We always had good times at the ball games and parties afterwards ... and can't forget he was a driver in our wedding ... "the powder blue caddy" ... We were always proud to call him our friend. Rest in peace Frankie! Say hi to our buddy RP ... Donna & Bob XoXo
