Nancy Louie, 50, of Hillsborough died Sunday, January 4, 2015. She was born in Taiwan but resided in New Jersey since 1977. For the last 20 years, she lived in Hillsborough building a family and touching the lives of many. Nancy was the daughter of Theodore Hsieh and the late Linda Hsieh and is preceded in death by her older sister, Ann Hsieh. She is survived by her loving husband, John W. Louie, her father, her two sons, Alexander and Jeffrey Louie, her daughter, Melissa Louie, one brother, Allen Hsieh, and one sister, Jeannie H. Pang. Her final days were spent skiing with her family in Vermont, caring for her father, and spending time with her family. She was a member of USTA and a supporter of Special Olympics, Autism Speaks, and The Lupus Foundation of America. Nancy's life would seem too short to many, but those who were touched by her understood that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives. Calling hours will be held from 2:00 to 6:00 pm Sunday, January 11, 2015 at The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Ave., Princeton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:30 am Monday, January 12, 2015 at St. Paul's Church, 214 Nassau St., Princeton. Her final resting place will be in Hazel Wood Cemetery in Colonia.
