Obituary of Robert Chirumbolo

Robert G. Chirumbolo, 56, of Mantoloking died Wednesday, October 12, 2011 at the University Medical Center at Princeton. Born in Staten Island, NY, he was raised in South Plainfield and resided in West Windsor until 2006 when he became a resident of Mantoloking. A 1977 graduate of Seton Hall University, he became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in early 1980 and since 2000 was a wealth management advisor/CPA, PFS for Savino Financial Group of the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network of Princeton. He was a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, a member of the American Institute of CPA and a member of the New Jersey Society of CPA. He was a parishioner at St. David the King Church of Princeton Junction. He was past president of the West Windsor-Plainsboro Pop Warner Association. Son of Marguerite and the late Victor and brother of the late Ronald, he is survived by his wife, Patricia J. "Tish" Chirumbolo, two sons Jonathan and Jordan, three brothers Richard, Roderick, and Randall, three sisters Christine Wantuck, Catherine Hoos, and Carolyn Blackford, and many nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10:00 am Saturday, October 15, 2011 at St. David the King Church, 1 New Village Road West, Princeton Junction. Burial will follow in Holy Cross Burial Park, South Brunswick. Calling hours will be held Friday, October 14, 2011 from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at The Mather-Hodge Funeral Home, 40 Vandeventer Ave., Princeton.
